It's simple: all you need to do is to visit our website. Here, you can browse our appliances for sale, and find all the information you need to choose one. Once you have selected your appliance, simply click Add to Cart. When you've finished shopping, just click My Cart and proceed to checkout.

Q:How do I register my product on  

Thank you for your recent purchase of a Gevi machine. Please fill out the form below to complete your Gevi household appliance registration. To become a Gevi prime member, you will receive 3 months warranty extension for FREE.

Q: How can I track my order?  

If you created an account with us, you can log in to track your order status. Otherwise, enter your order confirmation number on our online order status page. (We sent an email with this number right after your order was placed.)
We will email you the tracking information after your order has been processed, and this information can be entered on the carrier's website for detailed status on your delivery.

Q:How can I return my purchase? 

We appreciate your patronage and would like for you to enjoy our products. We understand sometimes they may not fit your needs.

We will be happy to accept returns of unused products purchased on www. with accessories, manuals, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original packaging, within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery. 


Q:Do I pay for return shipping? 

Yes; a label will be provided and the shipping cost will be deducted from the full refund, or you can purchase and provide your own label, in order to get a full refund. Please send your product to our authorized return center, packed in its original protective packaging and cartons (inner and outer cartons).Once we validate receipt of the package, your return will be processed. We will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

We stand by our products and offer a 30-day free replace whole unit guarantee and a 1-year warranty in case any part of the machine gets damaged due to defect in materials or workship.
