Missing Cleaner & Descaler Uses

Ordered 12 uses.
When received box was not wrapped in the usual cellophane seal.
The box was taped shut with packing tape.
The box when opened only contained 5 uses not the 12 which was ordered.
I believe that during shipping someone helped themselves.
This is the third time I have ordered from Gevi and until now have never had a problem.
i find the Cleaner & Descaler an excellent product and would recommend it.

I love this descaled. Most important it's easy to use, but the process takes too long to do. This is because I have to run water through the Ice maker 2 - 3 times to rinse out leftover residue.
