Once processed, standard shipping across the continental U.S. typically takes 3-7 working days. We strive to uphold these delivery times to ensure that you can enjoy your product without unnecessary delays.

We understand the anticipation of waiting for your new GEVI appliances. That's why we offer shipping across 48 continental U.S. states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and some remote islands. This policy enables us to maintain a high standard of delivery and service in the regions we serve.

Based on your location, we deliver via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. To locate the carrier on your order, please reference the shipping confirmation email you received.

Order Origin

All orders are shipped from our dedicated warehouses located in the United States. This centralization ensures that your order is processed and dispatched with the utmost efficiency.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment that your product is on its way to you.

Upon dispatch, a notification email containing the tracking number and carrier information is sent to you. Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. By clicking on the tracking number, you’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s website.
