Welcome to GEVI, where we prioritize customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to all GEVI Appliances models purchased directly from the GEVI website, ensuring a straightforward and transparent process for our valued customers.

30-day Money Back Guaranteer

At GEVI, we offer a comprehensive 30-day guarantee for returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience. Our policy requires that all returned or exchanged items be in their original packaging. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return or exchange request.

 About return shipping fee:

  1. Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer's choice, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The exact cost will depend on the express company selected.
  2. Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect items, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping fee.

The following are GEVI's return and exchange rules in different situations:

  1. New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt:

    We will provide a full refund or exchange with no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.
  1. New and Unused Items Between 14 and 30 Days of Receipt:

    In this case, you may return the item subject to the return shipping fee and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the order price.
  1. Used Items within 30 days of Receipt:

    In this case, you may return the item subject to the return shipping fee and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the order price.
  1. Defective Machines:

    GEVI will provide a full refund or free exchange for any defective machines within 30 days of receipt and cover the return shipping fee.
  1. Beyond 30 Days of Receipt:

    We do not accept return or exchange requests beyond 30 days.However, if your machine develops defects or malfunctions after 30 days, you can contact us for warranty support.

Return and Exchange Process

To make a return and exchange at GEVI, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Please contact GEVI customer service by emailing service@gevi.com with your purchase date, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Request Validation: Our customer service team will review and approve your request in 2 working days.

  3. Return Label: Once approved, we will send a return label via email.

  4. Arrange Return Shipment: You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our designated address.

  5. Product Receipt and Confirmation: Upon receipt of the product, we will confirm via email.

  6. Exchange Completion: For exchanges, after processing the return, we will inform you via email when the replacement item is shipped out.

  6. Refund Processing: Refunds are diligently processed within 14-21 business days after receipt of the returned product.

Please note:

  1. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

  2. Partial refunds may apply for products returned in a used condition.

Handling Damaged Products

In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, we advise you to immediately lodge a complaint with the delivery representative and take photographic evidence of the damage. If the product has already been signed for, customers should still document the damage and contact the courier company's local office to file a complaint. Simultaneously, inform our customer service team with all relevant details and pictures. We will contact the courier company and ensure that any compensation received is passed on to you.
