At GEVI, we offer a comprehensive 30-day guarantee for returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a worry-free shopping experience. Our policy requires that all returned or exchanged items be in their original packaging. If this condition is not met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return or exchange request. For returns and refunds, a fee of $30 is applied to cover restocking and operational costs. In the case of exchanges, a higher fee of $60 is charged, accounting for restocking, operational, and logistic expenses. This structured approach ensures that our processes are fair and transparent, aligning with our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
