Warranty Coverage and Duration
Gevi offers a one-year warranty from the date of receipt, applicable in the U.S. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

An improper installation, maintenance or negligent use, operation, or transformation.

Product modifications or unauthorized repairs.

Maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (e.g., lack of care).

Damage from external factors (power surges, disasters).

Commercial use or cosmetic damages.

Normal wear and tear.

Labor and charges for installation/removal.
Warranty Registration
Warranty Registration can extend your warranty coverage by an additional 3 months.
To take advantage of this extended warranty period, simply register your product within 60 days from the date of your receipt by visiting our website at warranty registration and submitting the required form.
Our dedicated team will promptly review and validate your warranty registration within 2 working days, and you will receive confirmation via email.
