Gevi Warranty Coverage and Duration

Gevi provides a one-year limited warranty from the date of receipt, applicable within the U.S. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and is valid only for the original unit purchased under the initial order.

Warrmodifications

Warranty does not cover:
  • An improper installation, maintenance, or negligent use, operation, or transformation.
  • Product modifications or unauthorized repairs.
  • Maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (e.g., lack of care).
  • Damage from external factors (power surges, disasters).
  • Commercial use or cosmetic damage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Labor and charges for installation/removal.

Warranty Claim

Here’s how the Warranty Claim process works, from start to finish
Contact GEVI customer service by emailing service@gevi.com with your purchase date, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Our dedicated customer service team will review your claim and verify the warranty status in 2 business days.
If your claim falls within the warranty coverage, our team will contact you to initiate the return and exchange process. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Note: :
  1. Gevi’s warranty includes one complimentary replacement service only.
  2. Approved claims will receive a certified Amazon Renewed unit.
  3. Replacement units issued after the GIMN-1102 recall are not eligible for warranty coverage.

How to File an Xcotton Protection Claim

If you purchased an Xcotton Product Protection plan and need to make a claim, please contact the Xcotton claims team directly for the fastest resolution:

Open your order confirmation or the separate confirmation email titled "Xcotton Product Protection Plan" to locate your Protection ID and plan details.
