Warranty Coverage and Duration

Gevi offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable in the U.S. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.


Warranty does not cover:
  • An improper installation, maintenance or negligent use, operation, or transformation.
  • Product modifications or unauthorized repairs.
  • Maintenance contrary to the maintenance instructions of the product (e.g., lack of care).
  • Damage from external factors (power surges, disasters).
  • Commercial use or cosmetic damages.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Labor and charges for installation/removal.

Warranty Registration

Warranty Registration can extend your warranty coverage by an additional 3 months. 
To take advantage of this extended warranty period, simply register your product within 60 days from the date of your purchase by visiting our website at Warranty Registration Page and submitting the required form.
Our dedicated team will promptly review and validate your warranty registration within 3 working days, and you will receive confirmation via email.

Out-of-Warranty Discount Application

After the warranty period, GEVI offers a discount on new product purchases. Here's how the Out-of-Warranty Discount Application process works, from start to finish

  2. Our customer service team will meticulously review your application and product information to confirm eligibility for the discount.
  3. Upon validation, we will generate a special discount coupon code for you. Our goal is to send this code to you within two working days, ensuring a prompt and seamless process.
