Warranty Coverage

1.All GEVI orders include a 1-year standard warranty.

2.To extend your warranty by an additional 3 months, simply register within 60 days of receiving your product using our warranty registration form.

Verification: Our customer service team will verify your information.

Approval: Once approved, we’ll email you a return label.

Return Shipment: Arrange to ship the product back using the provided label.

Replacement: We’ll send out your replacement as soon as possible.
