  • How does the BrewOne work?
    Once the cable is connected, add fresh water to the tank and coffee beans to the hopper. Adjust the setting through the touch panel. It's recommended to choose Beginner Mode to start with.
  • Grinding motor failure. What should I do?
    The power board probably doesn't detect the rotation of the grinder motor. Please check whether the lead wire of the grinder motor is reliably connected to the power board. And check whether the grinder is jammed by beans.
  • How often should I clean the grinder? And how to do it?
    It is recommended to clean the plasma emitters with a soft brush after every 30 times of grinding. To clean the exterior, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth, and wipe the machine dry after cleaning. And its interior is detachable for deep cleaning as well.
  • Why the kettle doesn't heat the water?
    Please check the input voltage before plugging the machine in. Use the adapter if the input voltage exceeds the machine's maximum operating voltage, and contact us for further assistance.
  • The machine pours water inaccurately.
    The problem lies in the limescale built up in the machine. It's suggested to perform Descaling Mode to remove the limescale.

A remarkable, unique machine, but in a good way. Also, 5 stars for GEVI customer service!

I decided to try the GEVI 4-in-1 pour-over machine to pick up my game for morning coffee. My son-in-law was a Starbucks barista once, and he loves his pour-over every day, so I consulted him. He was impressed and encouraged me to buy it. Once he and I worked through the variables and settled on some settings, the coffee was noticeably better than I had been able to produce with other machines.
As a side note, the machine broke within days, telling me there was a grinder fault. GEVI was very attentive and quickly replaced the machine. All good now.

Customization Options are Great

I have been using this machine for a few months now. It has been great. It does take some time to learn the features but it is more than worth the effort and once you learn to use the machine it becomes easy to use on a daily basis and the clean up is easy.

It has many customization options which allows me to enjoy different very high quality coffee beans which I did not enjoy before because the brew was too strong. With this machine I am able to dial in the brew strength to get what is the perfect cup of coffee for me. It works great with lesser quality coffees too.

I wish I had found this machine long ago but am happy to have it now.
