Why is there coffee residue in my new grinder?
This is completely normal. Every grinder undergoes a thorough quality test before it leaves the factory, ensuring top-tier performance. As part of the testing process, some coffee grounds may remain in the machine. Rest assured, your grinder is brand new.
Ordered as a gift for my partner since we have a few products of theirs already and this is the first we got brand new! ITS AWESOME BTW!! Perfect one to start with to truly craft your coffee game!! The whole team at GEVI definitely deserves some praise, especially Ruby in customer service! Shes awesome and helped me a lot and was super awesome and kept me informed through my whole shopping process!! Definitely have already recommended this product (and others) to our friends and family!! Thanks again!!
Good grinder, economical one to start. But I may upgrade it soon or later,
Got this for my office and so far it's been great. Size is also perfect, and I really appreciate the attachments for the espresso machine arm. Instruction manual very useful and detailed.
