Got it quickly and it was just the one I needed !

Response was fine process to order carafe was easy.... I just think that 35.00 for a replacement pot is TOO much.... I dont even know-how mine broke only had pot for a few months use 3 times a week....

I just needed a replacement carafe when mine broke. You are kind of stuck with having to purchase one from Gevi, as its dimensions are not easy to find from another brand. It was hard to pay the cost of the replacement, but I was stuck.

I received the replacement in about 2 weeks. It was the exact match. I have 3 gripes
1. The glass is so this that is will break very easily
2. The replacement was expensive
3. The lid does not come off for cleaning.

Apparently I'm all thumbs. I broke the carafe that came with the machine. Hopped online and was able to order a replacement from the manufacturer, Gevi. It took a while to arrive, but fits like a glove and we're brewing coffee again!

This was delivered unbroken and packed well. My original carafe was damaged, and I needed a replacement that was the same and I was afraid any other carafe would not fit my coffee maker. It did take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Very happy that I was able to get a direct replacement!

I was so glad to receive the replacement carafe for my coffee maker. It took awhile for delivery, but I finally received it and am enjoying fresh coffee again.

Ordered 2 pots - one to use and second to have on hand in case I chip the glass spout again. The pot shipped within a week as committed and shipment tracking number was communicated timely. Thank you

Product itself is fine and a direct replacement for the original . It was easy to purchase directly from Gevi. However, 4 weeks to have it shipped? I think that is not acceptable. I enjoy the machine enough to make me wait but its ridiculous.

I recently dropped the carafe for my Gevi machine, causing it to shatter. I was pleased with how quick and easy it was to find and order a replacement carafe. Love the machine and glad to be back in business.

Recently purchased a coffee pot to go with the grinder coffee maker that I purchased a while back. It was a quick buying process with a fast delivery. Very happy with the product and would recommend.

Had to wait to receive the carafe but it was worth the wait!

It took forever to get it, but once I got it, it worked. I'm gonna have to order an extra one so I won't have to go without if I drop it again.
