As you know, it is not easy to develop new products from 0 to 1. That means it is hard to turn an ideal product design from drawings into physical objects. We begin with product design to technical support, product realization, mass production, process control & inspection, sales service, and final customer feedback, all of the parts are Gevi's one-series service.

We would rather give up the profit of an order than the quality of a product. At present, the company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system (QMS). This is a system that records the process of achieving quality objectives, helps coordinate and guide production activities, and improves efficiency.
The factory produces products by applying professional acquisition equipment and automatically analyzing production progress, abnormal conditions, and material requirements through big data in the system to obtain data on production achievement.
Finally, after a large number of products are produced, they need to be stored neatly in the warehouse. Because the factory implements 5S management, Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. It means by constantly sorting and cleaning the machines, materials, and environment on the production site, a clean and tidy working environment is created.
This is very important because everything is to cultivate employees' good working habits, improve personal quality and improve production efficiency. We want to eliminate possible problems, such as employee injury, rapid machine failure, excessive inventory in the warehouse, and material waste.
