If you're in the mood for something sweet and seasonal, try a classic pumpkin spice latte in an iced version. Best of all, it can be easily made at home with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients: Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Coffee, Maple Syrup, Pumpkin Spice

Step 1: You can cut real pumpkins into pieces, then cook and grind them. Mix pumpkin puree and spice, and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes until it becomes a silky sauce. Pumpkin spices can be bought in the spice section of the supermarket.

Step 2: Grab a glass with nugget ice, pour half a glass of milk, then add the silky pumpkin sauce and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup to the milk. Or you can add more syrup to sweeten the coffee. Mix them with a hand-held bubbler until it is good and bubbling. Use any milk you like: oat, non-fat, or regular.

Step 3: Pour coffee on top of the pumpkin flavored milk. Instant coffee, espresso, brew coffee, or ground coffee can be used. If you want to make it stronger, you can add more coffee.

Step 4: Decorate with whipped cream and cinnamon sticks (optional). You can use any whipped cream, store-bought or homemade.

Step 4: Fill the glass with nugget ice, and add coffee concentrate and water. The proportion depends on the intensity of coffee you accept. You can obtain nugget ice anytime if you have a nugget ice maker.
