PROS: Makes a stout cup of coffee, Brews fast, slim design, keeps coffee hot, easy to use, easy follow instructions. CONS: water tank leaks occasionally, can only fill the reservoir for the amount of coffee being made at one time, cannot seem to get the coffee not so rich tried all settings and adding additional water to try to make it weaker. Other than that highly recommended.
Delivery was seamless packaging perfect. Easier to set up then what I thought. At this time, I only have ground coffee and I’ve been so happy. Can’t wait to try the whole beans in the grinder.Four stars for the finicky on and off switch. The touchscreen is very sensitive, but I would recommend this product.
Worst product I’ve ever purchased. My first machine worked great for 1 month then stopped turning on. Gevi replaced it for free, I get the new unit, it lasted 2 days and now this one no longer turns on… my $45 coffee machine from walmart

This coffee maker produces the best cup of coffee out of all the coffee makers I’ve owned.
The grinder does an excellent job, including on the finest setting. Coffee tastes great. For the price this is an excellent value. Minor annoyances: 1) Lid attached to carafe. It's a pain to clean and rinse. 2) Bean reserve is tiny. 3) It seems like the memory setting for scheduling brewing doesn't hold after use. Like most people with a job, I get up the same time Monday through Friday and would prefer not having to reset the time. Maybe it's just my machine that doesn't hold the time?

This coffee maker works great for both ground and beans. Hopper holds about 3 carafes worth of beans. Lots of options to tweak how you want your coffee. Had for almost a month and really happy with the purchase. Great maker for the money and can't beat waking up to fresh ground coffee - yes, plenty of timing and delay options too!
Love the machine,other than the lack of memory for delayed brew ,very inconvenient to have to program everyday for the price I paid. Fix that issue I will purchase another,if not I will not . Recommended for the everyday use of a couple or family to use that dose not have a rigorous schedule. If you don't have time to deal with reprogramming everyday,don't get this machine.
I contacted Gevi Customer Service when my new coffee maker had a burr grinder issue. They were thorough in their assessment and follow up. Their instructions were always clear and concise. When it appeared that the unit needed to be replaced they quickly sent me instructions to easily make an exchange. Ruby, the customer service agent, was thorough throughout the entire process.
