We actually love this machine. It is quite easy to use, clean and maintain. The only complaint is that the "warmer plate" does not keep the coffee as hot as we would like it. The coffee is a great temp when it is brewed, however, when it sits in the carafe on the warning plate it cools down to warm.... the plate is hot but it doesn't keep the coffee hot before the timer turns the plate off. We do like the "3 beeps" when the coffee is done.

I like everything about the Gevi 10 cup, as far as coffee goes. I have reviewed the video that displays using a brush, from below, to clean the grinder. Unfortunately, the video does NOT show how to slide open the little door to the grinder for brushing?
Maybe it's available somewhere? Please let me know.
Do you like it so far. It works good. Yeah the grinders a little noisy, but that’s to be expected with the coffee grinders. We’re still trying different grind levels. We found that grind level 5 or 6 is the best. We’ve tried all three strength controls. I like the light one. And sometimes I’ll go between the medium and the hardest. I end up buying some paper filters to make it easier. I pour the paper filter grindings into a cup and then I spread it out in my garden. . And the remainder filter goes in the garbage. So that way, I’m not putting any grindings down my sink.
