Is there a limit on applying coupons?
Yes. To use a $15 off, your order must reach $100; To use a $20 off, your order must reach $300.
Will my coupons expire?
Yes. Starting from the day you get the coupons, you’ll have 30 days to use it. The coupons cannot be applied after this 30-day period.
I placed an order before January 18, 2025. Can this order still earn points?
Yes. Simply register as a member on our website, and we’ll credit points based on your spending amount within 1 business day. Note: Orders placed before 2024 are not eligible for points.
I completed registration and newsletter subscription before January 18, 2025. Can these actions still earn points?
No. Unfortunately, actions like registration and newsletter subscription completed before January 18, 2025, are not eligible for earning points.
