GEVI Adella Crystal Clear Nugget Ice Maker Machine IMNC0

This machine is awesome! (IMNC0) So far only had for 2 weeks and love it. Other reviews suggested good customer service, but when I tried to call a few times to ask about product questions, I could not reach anyone. I hope their customer service stands by their reviews if there are any problems. LOVE the machine.

We LOVE this machine (IMNC0). But after not quite a year, it malfunctioned. However, Cristina in GEVI customer support took quick and efficient care of us. We had a replacement within about a week and are happily making ice again. Thank you, Cristina!

The customer service that GEVI has is top notch. I had a malfunctioning machine within my warranty period and right away they worked with me and sent me a replacement. Just with the customer service they have I recommend this machine with the worry free experience I had.

The machine makes great, chewable ice but the instructions need to be improved. When you first start up the machine, make sure you have water in the sump beneath the basket or it won't be able to draw anything from the side water container. It's like a well pump. You have to prime it first. There is no mention of this in the instructions and only by being a homeowner, was I able to figure it out.

I love the ice- I love the side thing to put water in - however if you fill it to the max line you can not put a whole gallon of water in it. I do wish the reservoir- I liked the way you add water to this one which is why I bought it but it does not have capabiliities to hold the amount of ice I want in my cup to start a day- I would like it to fill a full sized thermos and it does not. If you want volume i would not choose this one. But again it works great, is nice and quiet, makes good ice I just wish I could store more of it.

5 stars compared to the other options. Although it is still new and new to us every thing seems to be going okay so far. And if not I like the warranty on it just in case

So far so good! It was a bit of a process to set up and get cleaned, but the ice is great! The unit automatically shuts off when it has filled with ice too. Otherwise, it has a low humming sound when it is running. We got this for a small office, so it seems to be enough for us right now. This is definitely more of a home-use machine based on size though.

My family absolutely loves Chick Fil A ice and this is just like it. So soft and crunchy at the same time. Very easy to set up and use

The Ice maker worked great and the app works as it should. it is definitely not the quietest ice maker but it does work

Ice maker fits perfectly under our cabinets, so it's not "in the way." It produces ice at a pretty good rate.

Quiet and quick to make ice. Easy to use. The once a week cleaning does take time but worth it to keep the machine running great. Whole family enjoys this ice and is super easy to make and store ice for large parties!

Husband bought this for me as a gift and I could not be happier with it. Im obsessed with nugget ice and this is the best Ive ever had. Its easy to use and doesnt take too long.

My husband put it together pretty quickly and it started making ice right away. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the long cleaning process. The instructions were easy to follow, just took a long time.

Had it now for about 4 weeks and we love it. Its not loud at all. Makes ice fast. Its a crackerjack of a machine.
