GEVI Dual Boiler Espresso Coffee Maker Machine ECMF0

I love it

My niece has a GEVI Espresso Machine. I visited her and was so impressed by the machine that I bought one when I returned home and then we bought a smaller version for our condo. So far, we are very pleased with the quality of both machines!

My daughter has a Brewville and I'm familiar with them, Gevi is built way better with comercial components like the water pump, 58mm portafilter, real profesional tempers, very precise grinder and the best customer service all at 1/2 of the price.
Got my Gevi 3 in 1 for over a year and still goes strong, I'm very satisfied !

My daughter has similar machine 4 in 1 Brewville.
I made the comparison and Gevi is way better made with more profecional components.
Italian Pump, 58 mm. Portafilter, higher pressure, real stainless steel tamper, larger water capacity and simpler to use once is dialed in for your preferences; beans grinding powder and amount, shot oz. Water temperature, without breaking the bank, and customer service second to none.
I have 2 of them, 1 at home and 2nd in the motorhome.
I will buy it again !

My daughter has the breville about the same type 3 in 1, she paid about 700.00 and in no way or form compares to GEVI 3 in 1, mine made better and 1/3 less the price, she use mine while visiting and she loves it !
Highly recommended, do your research before spending few more hundreds of money.
Customer service is great too, they back up their product.

Love how I can use the milk frother and pull and espresso shot at the same time with out having to wait for one to heat up

Not my first espresso machine but certainly the coolest one so far. This machine has a big learning curve because it can do so much. I am looking forward to learning how to fine tune my morning cup.

I purchased the dual boiler machine with the built in grinder and a very pleased. I’ve been making cappuccino's and lattes since the 80’s and from the first cup, I’ve had an excellent cream and frothe, love love love my machine!

There's definitely a learning curve to using this machine, but after a bit of experiment it makes a delicious cup of coffee or espresso. Glad I got it. It's ready in a heartbeat and much more versatile than others I have had.

I was a barista the 90s and it’s fun to make my own espresso again. It pulls. a pretty good shot of espresso. You really have to be tuned in to the amount, grind and pressure of the espresso in order for it not to under or over extract. Froths well too. Overall happy with quality v price.

I had an older gevi machine that this is replacing and it was good but after using a moving like this from a very expensive brand on a vacation home I wanted an upgrade. I trusted gevi so I bought this machine and I am so glad I did. Once I found the right grind setting I am pulling perfect shots every time and it brings me joy every day. This feels more solid and consistent than the one in the vacation home that sells for twice the price.

This is a replacement if a 4 yr old Gevi 20 bar machine. This produces very good extractions once you get the grind and amount right. Produces pretty good foam. It's a solid machine.
Customer services is very good. My first machine developed a leak somewhere internally. After recording a video of the leak, Gevi sent a replacement unit. Would definitely see what Gevi has once this machine gets older.

This is a really sturdy home Expresso Machine that takes a bit of practice to make perfect espresso. Even if you have little or no experience, you can still get a very good shot of espresso with just a bit of experimentation. The key is to (1) make sure you are using the correct bean basket, (2) use really good beans, and (3) make sure you tamp down those beans and you will see the pressure gauge move into the correct zone and get the creama and flavor you seek. Be sure to READ the instructions and then watch the videos on YouTube; you'll be amazed at what this little machine can do. The biggest help in pulling a good/great shot is the Pressure Gauge - once you see it move into the right 'zone', you'll know you are going to get a good shot; conversely, if you don't see it move, that means that you either are using the wrong basket, or you didn't tamp down enough, or you didn't grind the beans small enough. Strongly recommended.

This is a bit of an odd review because I have been using another very expensive brand of machine and it currently had to go in for repair. We missed our cappuccinos so much and it’s taking so long for the repair I purchased a little Gevi from Marketplace while we waited. It’s a manual 15 bar not sure of model number as it didn’t come with the manual. But here is a pic. Anyways this little machine is soooo amazing. I am in no hurry to get my machine back and in fact it may wind up on Marketplace and I am going to get the dual boiler from Gevi. If you are thinking of getting one of these I highly highly recommend it. The frother blew me away. It makes amazing foam heats up pretty fast and the coffee is hot. Again. Wow. Very nice product.

I just got this machine 2 days ,the coffee is good but coming out cold,what I need to do for coffee come hot or the machine is defective

This espresso machine was such a great investment & so glad we bought the one with a grinder attached! Easy to use and have make so many delicious lattes!

I love this machine. Makes awesome coffee just like in a cafe. Froth the milk pretty good. I don??t need to go to a Starbucks Anymore.

I am not an espresso expert but this machine has really impressed me. I have been using it on a daily basis for almost 3 months now. I have stopped going to DD and Starbucks almost completely. You do need to get to know your machine and will have to invest in other products to make your life easier. There is a review with tips and tricks that I completely agree. This is an investment but well worth it. If something happened to my machine I would but it again in a heartbeat.

Powerful, perfect Lattes. Haven't tried other hot coffee drinks yet. Easy to clean. I can't say enough about this machine. I can say, I would buy it again. Only have had it a few weeks

For espresso people, people who like strong espresso you will love this machine. It is quick to heat up and delivers a smooth and strong espresso. I am addicted to Starbucks and buy my beans from them and use this to make my perfect espresso. There definitely is a difference when beans are freshly ground. Strongly recommend this machine.

Takes a little getting used to but boy are we used to it now! Talk about a cuppa Java!
