I purchased this Gevi machine 2 yrs ago & love it.. I’ve tried a few others comparable but once you get the grind right & adjust water flow this one makes the best espresso w a rich layer of crema on top. I call it coffee perfection. Steam wand works well for great coffee drinks & honestly, using their same coffee, syrups, milk & creamers as barista shops I can’t tell the difference. If you want a home espresso machine this is the one to try.

I have previously owned a different brand that broke down on me and I had to replace. Then when the second one broke down I decided to purchase a different brand. After much research I went with the GEVI. I am very happy with that decision. I've had the GEVI for over a month now and am extremely happy with the machine. It is NOT loud at all like some have claimed. See my video for proof. I love nugget ice and this machine makes great ice and the fact that I could hook up a direct water line was a major selling point for me! I don't have to fill a tank or anything! Let's just hope it lasts longer than the other brand!

I love ice! Our previous home's ice maker had been broken for over a year. We'd been buying ice that whole time. We bought a home and it also didn't have an ice maker. At that moment I knew I wanted a nugget ice maker. I chose this Gevi for the capacity, extra insulation, and the ability to hook it to a water line. The ice is incredible! It keeps up with all the ice I need. I leave it on all the time. I'm able to store the ice in the machine so I don't have to sacrifice freezer space. If you like nugget ice, treat yourself!

Do you like it so far. It works good. Yeah the grinders a little noisy, but that’s to be expected with the coffee grinders. We’re still trying different grind levels. We found that grind level 5 or 6 is the best. We’ve tried all three strength controls. I like the light one. And sometimes I’ll go between the medium and the hardest. I end up buying some paper filters to make it easier. I pour the paper filter grindings into a cup and then I spread it out in my garden. . And the remainder filter goes in the garbage. So that way, I’m not putting any grindings down my sink.

Notes:
- I got a better tamper since the one that came with the machine is lacking.
- a dosing cup; to make life easier for me
- metal puck screen; to get consistency plus my used espresso pucks end up dry
- You will need a grinder that can grind for espresso

All and all I highly recommend this machine.
I'm very happy with it.

I purchased the Gevi nugget ice maker back in April of 2023 and being an ice lover this is by far my favorite machine due to the softness and texture of the ice. Makes plenty of ice in no time so I’m never without being that I will sit and eat ice majority of the day. I have only ever had one issue with machine which Gevi was great at getting resolved for me. As far a longevity of the machine I will have to keep you posted.

I never developed a taste for ice, but I had a friend who had to stop and get a cooler of ice whenever we went by a certain fast food place because his SO loved their ice. I now know what she meant. This little countertop unit makes the smallest little barrels of ice that make your drinks so cold. The fact that it arrived before the hottest spell of weather was perfect. I does expel additional heat into our overheated space, but despite what physics says the ice is worth it. It's been running full time since arriving almost 2 months ago. I don't know if it will stay out for winter, but it's so good I think it helped me lose some weight as ice was my primary snack for the second half of Summer

We didn't know much about ice-makers or the different brands/options and were skeptical, but after much research, Gevi checked off more boxes than many of the other brands.
We've had our Gevi nugget ice maker now for a couple of weeks. It came well packaged, and shipping/delivery was faster than expected. Nothing but impressed with the convenience of this little magical machine. It is easy to use and produces the perfect amount of ice for our family of four. The ice nuggets are soft enough to chew, and we store any extra ice made in icebags.
The Gevi ice maker is well built structurally, fits perfectly on a shelf, runs quietly, easy to maintain/refill the water (under the ice bin), and comes with a perfectly sized ice scoop. We really enjoy being able to simply open the door and pull the ice bin out to fill our glasses throughout the day with the perfect nugget ice.
Purchase this ice maker. It won't disappoint!

I have had this for three weeks. I use a lot of ice and it has kept up with me no problem. The unit is compact, easy to refill with water, super quiet compared to a commercial ice maker. We will see about its reliability but so far no hitch in it's operation. Couldn't be easier to use. I like the larger ice bin over others out there. I love the ice. If you are an ice chewer like me you will love it.

This is a perfect coffee maker!, and I am offering that statement by comparison. For many years I had been using a coffee machine that cost nearly four times the price of this Gevi. Hands down, the Gevi's ease of use - terrific burr grinder - great appearance - and a marvelous pot of coffee - have won me over unquestionably! I am truly looking forward to a great relationship with this newest addition to my kitchen. Thanks Gevi!!!

We have had our gevi ice machine for a week and it has totally changed our lives for the better! To the sleek design and perfect tiny ice cubes, to the quietness of the machine at work. It’s definitely worth every penny and more! Love love love!

Just hosted 14 people for a vacation trip. The only complaint I have is not having a water source to auto-feed water to the maker. NOT the manufacturer's problem or the product in the least. It supplemented my frig icemaker very adequately which for this vacation was a concern that we would run out of ice. We did not run out of ice and got many compliments on this maker from the guests. I've read all reviews - both before buying and just now. All complaints I've seen here are petty and unfounded. If this thing is too loud for you, then ANYTHING will be too loud. If you are looking for supplemental ice for a party or just in general, I highly recommend this product. Also a really good deal for the current price. I'm considering getting another at the reduced price.

Love everything about this ice maker.

So far this machine has not disappointed us. The directions are easy to follow and it seems like it is well designed and engineered. We have not had the best of luck with other brands of nugget/pebble ice makers, we are hopeful this will work out.

This machine does everything well and has multiple ways to fine tune your cup. The only issue or shortcoming we found is the warm function. It does NOT keep the coffee hot…when they say warm they mean it. Even the first cup right after the brew I put in the microwave for 10 or fifteen seconds. My wife feels the need to do this as well.
